Terms and Conditions
Catering: Final menu selections must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of your event. Any changes requested within 7 days of the event, including changes to the total head count, are not guaranteed to be accepted.
Cancellations: As noted above, your event deposit is non-refundable and in the case of a cancellation, your deposit would be forfeited. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the date of the event will be responsible for the full amount of the rental fee plus any additional fees incurred from the caterer.
Rental Clubs: For any guests who either do not have clubs of their own or any that can share, rental sets are available. Sets are limited so it is recommended these be reserved ahead of time. Charges may be incurred for any damaged and/or missing clubs following the event. Available in Men’s, Ladies, and Junior sizes—both left hand and right hand sets.
Customer Agreement
